Botox for Migraines

Woman rubbing her temples due to suffering from migraine.

Do you suffer from migraines?

Are you having more than 15 headache days a month? Do you miss work or school due to pain? Are you scared to schedule life because you don't know if you'll have a headache and have to cancel? Do your headaches last longer than 4 hours, and is at least 8 of those days a migraine headache?

Try a migraine tracker to document how many
Pills in palm of hand.

Have you tried countless over the counter medications and vitamins,  and at least 2 preventative prescription medicines but still having frequent migraines?

If so, you may be a candidate for Botox injections for the treatment of migraines. Private insurance plans will need special authorization forms filled in to pay for the medication, and we can help you with that.

We work with Penny + Fausta pharmacy who delivers your Botox to our office for your convenience, and fulfills cold chain requirements.

The injections are administered every 12 weeks in our office by a Medical Doctor.

Botox might be the solution for you!

Have your family doctor refer you and we will phone you to schedule an in-person consultation to discuss if Botox is an option for you.

Trigger point injections

Trigger points are painful areas of muscle which can be relieved by injections directly in the site of pain with Lidocaine (same stuff the dentist uses for freezing). Relief is experienced shortly after injections and injections may be repeated as necessary for symptomatic relief. Your family doctor can refer you to us to see if this is a good option.
