
Dr. Michelle Hart was born in South Africa and graduated in medicine and surgery in 2001 from the University of Pretoria. After completing her internship and community service, she immigrated to Canada and joined the health care team in Daysland, Alberta. There, Michelle engaged in a full spectrum of general practise and delivered many beautiful babies.
In 2010, she moved with her family to Calgary to continue to practice family medicine with a special interest in uterine health, hormone treatments and our fertility options. She provides Botox for migraine headaches as well as aspirating ganglions cysts, joint injections and other minor skin surgeries, and skin lesion biopsies.
She was appointed Clinical Assistant Professor at the Cummings School of Medicine, University of Calgary in 2018, and is involved in training Family Medicine residents in the office.
She takes great pride in her growing family, and likes to spend time gardening and enjoys doing art and crafts.

Dr. Arjang was born in Iran and completed her medical education and postgraduate training in General Surgery at Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran. She practiced Medicine and General surgery in Iran, before she moved to Canada. She started her work as a Clinical and surgical associate in 2013, when she moved to Calgary and felt right at home with Alberta’s natural beauty and diverse culture. Her passion for learning and desire to engage closely with patients motivated her to embark on a new chapter in her career and she pursued residency training in Family Medicine at The University of Calgary in 2020. With her wealth of experience and expertise she is very eager to provide care to the community and build her practice as a Family Physician.
She enjoys all aspects of family medicine, especially women’s health, mental health and surgical procedures. She offers her extensive experience in general surgery to help patients with vasectomies, anorectal management, hemorrhoid, male circumcisions, and removing lumps and bumps.
In her spare time, she enjoys bonding with her family, going on road trips or hiking. She finds balance and calm with her regular mindfulness practices and spending time in nature.

Dr. Reza Fatoorechi was born in Iran and completed his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1999. He went on to specialize in Orthopedic Surgery, completing his residency at Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2008. Dr. Fatoorechi practiced medicine and orthopedic surgery in Iran before moving to Canada, where he began his career as Associate Physician in Calgary in 2017.
In 2022, he expanded his professional journey by practicing as a Family Physician in Saskatchewan, working in the ER, hospital, and community clinic. His patients in Saskatchewan greatly appreciated his compassionate care and missed him when he left in 2025 to return to Calgary — a city he considers home for its beautiful nature, vibrant community, and opportunities to provide holistic patient care.
Dr. Fatoorechi integrates his extensive medical and surgical background to offer comprehensive care. He deeply cares about his patients and is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in their health and lives. His clinical interests include musculoskeletal medicine, sports medicine, and the full spectrum of family practice.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Fatoorechi enjoys jogging, mountain climbing, photography, and exploring new hiking trails. He successfully climbed Mount Damavand, reaching its 5,671-metre summit — an achievement that reflects his perseverance and deep appreciation for challenge and nature.
