We also take referrals for vasectomies, circumcision for juveniles (8 -20 years old), hemorrhoids, ingrowing toenails, migraine Botox consultation, and minor surgical procedures.

Online portal information
AVA connect is your opportunity to communicate!
We are now using Ava as our Electronic Medical Records provider, and they have the brilliant feature of letting patients log in to the portal and look at some of their own health information. You can upload your blood pressures or blood sugar readings, update your family history or allergies, download your lab or radiology forms, and look at selected results. It is confidential and firewall protected.
